Who operates this site
Nashoba Septic Pros is an independent referral website, not a septic contractor. It connects homeowners with local septic professionals; the independent provider quotes and performs the work. Confirm local licensing, insurance, and required permits before hiring. Title 5 inspections must be performed by a MassDEP-approved inspector. Coverage and availability are not guaranteed.
Information collected
The quote form collects your name, phone, optional email, town, selected service, message, and consent. Please do not submit financial, government-ID, or medical information. Our hosting and form-processing provider, Netlify, may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, and submission metadata.
How information is used and shared
We use requests to arrange service referrals, respond to questions, prevent spam, and maintain records. We may share the details of your request with an independent local septic provider so it can contact you and quote the work. A provider receives lead information and may pay us for referrals or for use of this website. We do not sell information to unrelated data brokers or authorize unrelated marketing through this form.
Providers and hosting
Netlify hosts the website and processes form submissions. Notification emails may contain the submitted information. Independent service providers handle their own customer communications and work; ask them about their privacy practices. We do not currently use call recording or advertising cookies on this website.
Your choices and retention
We retain request records as needed for referrals, administration, and legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your submission by emailing nashobatreepros@gmail.com. Please identify your request without sending sensitive documents. Some records may need to be kept where legally required.
Children and updates
This site is not directed to children under 13. If our processing changes, this policy will be updated.
